Why I founded Digital Touch

When I set about setting up Digital Touch it was to help the hundreds of brands that are starting off every week around the world. Having been on the journey with my own businesses in the past decade and attempting to navigate the very tricky world of e-commerce and digital tech, it felt very scary to begin with,

There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. We started with unique selling points or USP’s. Starting out with an idea, becoming an official project, creating a brand that would suit the purpose yet carry the name and tradition that the very name came with was a challenge but one that was very exciting.

So we had the brand, we were very pleased with our start, the next step… take the plunge and create a website. Well that is easier said than done and with so many companies out there ready to take your new businesses valuable cash and in most cases in the tens of thousands, that is a big decision to make.

After 5 years and big companies not understanding our brand or our target audience, I had trained and took up the challenge myself and that is why I am here today. To help small and medium businesses in all sectors, to guide, protect and grow their businesses in the digital world because ultimately it is the showcase to the world. Your brands shop window is your website and you only have a matter of seconds to incapsulate your brand to the customer.

Digital Touch was founded to be a cost effective, responsive and helpful tool for your business not a drain or running nightmare like so many of the companies out there. It is person to person advisory, personal and efficient.
